Shipping & Returns

1.   We apologize we can ONLY ship items within Hong Kong SAR at this time.
2. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all items selling on within Hong Kong SAR.
3. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and another 3-5 business days for “In-Stock” items delivery. That means you will receive your ordered item(s) in 5-8 business days; for “Pre-Order” items, since the availability will be varied depending on the supply, we will keep you update about the delivery.
1. You may return items within 10 calendar days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
2. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions within 2 business days.
3. Please kindly specify your reason for the return upon submitting your return request:
3.1   Received Wrong Product
We apologize this is totally the result of our error. We’ll arrange to collect the wrong item(s) and deliver the correct item(s). We’ll responsible for the shipping costs. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, you may also request for a full refund.
3.2 Wrong Product Ordered
We accept wrong product ordered returns without any additional charge. The product must be in unused condition and in the original packaging that you received. Customer should responsible for the return shipping costs and we will store the Credit to your account upon receiving the item. We are sorry that we will not offer refund under this situation.
Please note it does not apply to NON-RETURNABLE items.
3.3 Not Satisfied With The Product
If you are not satisfied with the product, please Contact Us and we are happy to discuss with your concern. If you decided to return the product, you may choose for replacement, store credit to your account, or full refund.

3.4 There Was A Problem With The Product
If you found problem with the product upon received (e.g. defective), please Contact Us and we will follow up with you. We’ll arrange to collect the “Problem” item(s) and deliver the replacement. You may also request for a full refund if you do not want a replacement.
4. We apologize that we will not accept return of On Sale items and Gift Certificate.
5. Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item (if you take care of the return shipping). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement / store credit / refund return action request. If your return request being approved, then your request will be processed.
We will arrange the replacement according to your shipping address and availability within 1-3 business days of approval.
We will update your store credit within 1-2 business days of approval.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-10 business days of approval. The way on how you get back the refund will be agreed in the approval. Please let us know if you cannot receive the refund after the specified period of time and we will help you to follow up.
